Pyramid’s IntelliWorks solution uses audible and visual reinforcement techniques to direct operators to pick the correct components based upon the build requirements for the current assembly. In the case of tooling or fixtures, a two-way interactive conversation is used to communicate the setup recipe and to ensure the proper components are being used before issuing the okay-to-cycle signal.
